This article outlines which countries allow access to the Sky Bet site and answers other Frequently Asked Questions around account suspension due to being abroad. 
If you are lucky enough to be on holiday; maybe doing some shopping in New York, on safari in Kenya or simply relaxing on the beach in Spain, then unfortunately whilst you are there you will not be able to access Sky Betting & Gaming services.
We operate solely within the UK and Ireland and due to licence restrictions we can only allow you to use your account whilst in these countries or in the Isle of Man or Gibraltar.
Accessing your account from anywhere else will mean that your account may be suspended.If this happens, relax and enjoy your time abroad and then when you return home simply contact Customer Experience team via chat, using the contact us button at the bottom of this article, where we will arrange a call back to resolve this issue for you.

To un-suspend your account, please follow the below steps:
- Please wait until you return to the UK or Ireland. If you contact us from outside of these countries, we will not be able to lift the account suspension.
- Please contact us via chat, using the contact us button at the bottom of this article. We will then arrange to call you back as we will need to check this is a UK/Irish dial tone.
- We will confirm you are within our operating countries and get you back up and running quickly.
